Every time I wear my Adam Ant shirt (yes, I really have one) people always offer to buy it off me. I didn't realize there was so many fans. And no one has offer to by my Madonna shirt yet. But since I won't sell my clothes I can give those people this album. If you only know his Goody Two Shoes pop, this is gonna surprise you. This is the original release, so it unfortunately lack the all time best S&M anthem, Whip in My Valise. But you can youtube that.Here
The original cover art is so much better. Hope your T is better than that sleeve. Is it one of the risque designs they used on their flyers? I loved this era Adam and the Ants and the period just preceding it. The 7 inch b sides were always good too, even during the pop phase. You're just joking about owning a Madonna shirt aren't you?
ReplyDeleteNo, the Madonna shirt is definitely real. C'mon it's the like a virgin cover. I hate to buy into all the rubbish of my adolescence, but she just looks remarkable. I guess I'm out dated.
ReplyDeleteThis is a good one. I really like the guitar tone and the bass. I think Fugazi learned a thing or two from songs like "Nine Plan Failed."
