Organisation-Tone Float

Kraftwerk can do no wrong in my book. Okay, maybe there was a few missteps (here’s looking at Electric Café kid) but I remember hearing this troupe in my youth and having my ass handed to me out of shock. Their sound seemed to come out of nowhere and startled my infantile ear holes in a way that made me wish I was made out of metal. And wouldn’t everything be so much better if that dream were actualized? Admittedly, it wasn’t until I was older that I became aware of this pre-Kraftwerk recording. It’s not the Holy Grail or anything, but it does give you insight into where these men-machines came from. And hey, Electric Café wasn’t all that bad.

Oh, I'm almost afraid to write on this band. Being one of my favorites of all time, it was such a hard decision to even pick an album to post. When you've spanned several decades and continually challenged listeners/fans/critics by remaining true to the spirit of experimentation, it seems foolish for someone like me to pick just one album. But this probably fits best with the theme of today. But by no means does this demean any of David Tibet's great work (go buy everything that you can). The only thing I'll say about this is if you download it don't be a dick and just give it a skim. This is one that needs to be taken in in its entirety or not at all. No fucking around with this one.
